Friday January 28th 2005. Our beautiful boy is gone, we lost our Ed. He loved his life to the last minute. We were so blessed to have him as our friend.

An athlete, hunter, guardian, a lover of adventure, highly intelligent and funny. Ed was a private dog with a tiny but strong grinch heart. Ever devoted to the few people and dogs he allowed into his life he didnt have time for anyone but his pack. Ed often found us "frustrating" and several times a day he would make a point to give us a look that let us know he was disappointed with our performance.

He was a really good dog and we are grateful to have been his family.

We miss him beyond all measure.
