Our first year together was a lot of work, tons of training and classical conditioning to help Truman become less fearful of people and overcome his noise phobias. Because Truman loves to work we did most of our behavioral modification work in group training classes where Truman was exposed to lots of people and weird noises while he was having a really good time training. This once profoundly shy scared boy has really blossomed and is now a confident & happy dog.

5 years later Truman is a jolly funny confident dog who excels at everything he does. True loves to go swimming, play fetch and hang out with his gang of dog friends. Truman is a very succesful titled competitor and still active in Herding, Agility and Rally. One of True's favorite activities are his animal assisted therapy visits with seniors and children. He loves meeting new people now and isn't’t so afraid of the world anymore.
Now the last shaggy dog lives with his forever family including his canine brother & sister Roosevelt & Sookie and we all love him very much.
