| Roosevelt, CGC TDI Roosevelt is an 11 year old male bearded collie mix who was a neglected backyard dog that ended up abandoned at the Merced shelter. He was rescued and taken to the San Francisco SPCA. When we first met him he was a skinny, sickly guy with matted hair, almost no teeth and a big tumor on his head. Though he must have been feeling terrible he never let it show, he was and is a friendly, happy, sweet perfect dog. Now a healthy guy with a new life & a family who adores him, he lives in San Francisco where he works as a demo dog for dog training classes and loves to go to Fort Funston with his pals. Roosevelt has also earned his AKC CGC & TDI Certification and is an Animal Assisted Therapy dog. |
